Went over to Mike Reid's abode the other night for din, beers and movie night. Since school is over for MMM (Marine Management Program), Mike wanted to show a movie that was as unrelated to water and oceans as possible. Result: The Mummy and the drinking game that went with it.
Also I was told there was a crematorium next door but I don't know if that counts as a parallel because mummification is a preservation of the body while cremation is the opposite. But beer kills brain cells so everything evens out.
"Sharab!"
Which turned into an Aladdin sing along for anyone who wasn't me.

Easter Meester Weekend at a Glance
Fun and relaxing weekend!
Thursday Night:
Last day for Sarah's classes so I joined her and some of her schoolyard chums at a University bar while they were right into enjoying some Holy Thursday beverages. (Didn't know my camera could capture exactly what I was seeing, blur and all)
Goodness Friday:
Starvation day was pretty nice. Went on a nice walk. Got back from my walk and there was a moving worm in my haddock that Sarah was preparing. Ya, I didn't have any after I saw it. Lesson: Careful when getting fish from the Grocery store that's on sale while you're drunk at midnight.
Walk Panos
Saturday:
Nothing much happened other then pigging out and drinking a Growler and sending cheers back home.
Although I was thinking while I was at the crowded grocery store on Saturday morning, that living in Toronto (for the short time I did) hasn't really helped me get over my anxiety of being in crowded places. I have to fight the urge to run into the forest every time I'm surrounded by people. ha
Easter Sunday:
Snow on the ground and Candy eating all day long. Sarah also made a pretty wicked Easter dinner. As always I'm too hungry and anxious to take a pic with my camera before I pick at the meal with my fork.

Happy Klogiversary
11 days ago! Didn't realize it but Klog opened for business last year in the middle of March. I was Toronotoified at the time. Now I'm Halifaxified. Didn't see that coming at the time but it's been a fun adventure if you can call it that. Look forward to what's next and hopefully I'm not too lazy to share it with a pic or a blurb or a Mona!
Spill the Sult
I'm going easy on the Sultan and changing my twitter profile pic. He's been with me since the beginning, but he needs a break. Take it easy little guy!

Karate Kid 2012
Haha, I think everyone had the same reaction when they saw pint-sized David Silva get hit in the head while playing against Stoke yesterday. Got his head wrapped up and came back on wanting to kick ass.
If only it could be the 80's everyday!

Dockage
Sarah and I were heading out to grab a bite yesterday and it was pretty darn nice weather wise. The beautiful Ontarian weather came in around mid morning. We decided on burritos as soon as we left but since we didn't want to go back inside to eat we took a little stroll before we strapped on our feed bags. Came across a tall ship at the harbour. The first I've seen here in the city while I've been here. A Venezuelan naval sail-training ship. They were letting people on to walk around. It was pretty cool. Then afterwards we appropriately had those burritos. Soooooooo Good!!!!
Also this from Sarah and Jana's bicycle riding album in the morning.
