As quickly as it came

The best fest idea since impossible to offer non rip off beer fest.  It be gone.  But it's memory will live on until next year when it hopefully returns.

Not far just down the street but a world of difference from our mini apartment.   So nice to have some room to sprawl.  But as for moving, next time professional help may finally be in order.  Old man Mona's back ain't what it used to be.

Thanks to Chris, Jana for lending us their wheels to help make the move manageable.  I totally underestimated it as usual.  And thanks to Squish for appearing out of thin air to help us ride the couch into the evening.  

Although I'm glad it's over nothing beats cheersing your pals when the job's done!  I think that's why refreshingly brew liquids were invented.  

Familial Fun

Had a nice treat this past weekend while my nephew was here visiting. He came with my Bro-in-law's parents who took the train in from Oncheerio. We had fun balancing out some of the touristy things along with KTBA and vid games.  Whale watching didn't treat us that nicely but still made the most out of it.  All in all a great weekend that went by way too fast!
